2. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies (such as the browser's local storage) work in the same way. We use them to run the shop, to understand how the website is used and, only with your consent, for statistics and marketing.

- CultureSettings – selected language and currency (FerizZ / Ticimax), 1 year.
- ticimax_PopupSettings, mdd – display settings of the shop (FerizZ / Ticimax), up to 1 year.
- cc_cookie – stores your cookie choices (FerizZ), 6 months.
- Cloudflare – security and protection against attacks (Cloudflare, Inc.); performance measurement without cookies.
Statistics (only with consent)
- _ga, _ga_* – Google Analytics, visitor statistics (Google Ireland Ltd.), 2 years.
- _ym_uid, _ym_d, _ym_isad, _ym_visorc – Yandex Metrica, visitor statistics (YANDEX LLC), up to 1 year.
- postHogApi, ph_* – shop performance statistics (Ticimax / PostHog), up to 1 year.
Marketing (only with consent)
- _gcl_au, _gcl_* – Google Ads conversion measurement (Google Ireland Ltd.), 90 days.
- _fbp, _fbc – Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising measurement (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.), 90 days.
If you have consented to marketing and place an order, your e-mail address and phone number may be sent to Google Ads in encrypted (hashed) form so that the order can be matched with an ad click ("enhanced conversions"). Without marketing consent this does not happen.
Services embedded in the website
The following services are loaded when you open a page, because they provide a function of the website. They may store data in your browser:
- JivoSite (jv_*) – live support chat window.
- Pushouse (ph_*, pshs_*) – campaign pop-up / gift wheel. Your contact details are only collected if you fill in the form yourself.
- Posttik – shows our Instagram posts; images are loaded from Meta servers.
- Sellforce – shows customer reviews.
5. Google Consent Mode
We use Google Consent Mode. If you do not consent, Google Analytics and Google Ads do not store cookies on your device; only signals without cookies or identifiers may be sent.
6. Transfers outside the EU / EEA
Google and Meta may process data in the USA; these transfers are based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or standard contractual clauses. We are based in Türkiye, so your data is also processed there. Yandex Metrica may process data in Russia. There is no EU adequacy decision for Russia or Türkiye, which means your data may not be protected to the same level as in the EU. Yandex Metrica is only used if you have given your consent to statistics cookies.

Strictly necessary cookies: our legitimate interest in providing a secure shop (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, § 25(2) TDDDG). Statistics and marketing cookies: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG), which you can withdraw at any time with effect for the future.
