Payment Options
You can pay for your orders by credit card or bank transfer.
Credit Card Transactions
To ensure the security of your purchases, your credit card information is encrypted using 128-bit SSL. You can verify that the SSL connection is active by looking for the padlock icon displayed in your browser's address bar when you navigate to the payment page during checkout.
Bank Transfer / EFT Payments
You may also pay for your order via bank transfer. After completing your order by selecting the bank transfer option, simply send the specified amount to our bank account number. To ensure your order is approved and shipped as quickly as possible, please use our bank transfer notification form to notify us after completing the transfer. Orders for which payment has not been received within 3 business days of the order date will be cancelled.
Delivery Information
Orders paid by credit card are shipped within 2 business days. Orders paid by bank transfer are shipped within 2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. For standard shipments, delivery is typically completed within 1–5 business days after dispatch.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.
