How long does delivery take?
Orders ship from Türkiye with tracked delivery. Delivery to most European countries takes around 1–5 business days. Shipping is free on orders over €100.
Is the jewelry solid gold?
No. Our pieces are 22K gold-plated, with selected styles in a 14K gold-plated finish. You get the look of traditional Turkish gold jewelry at an accessible price.
Do the pieces come with a warranty?

Will I pay customs or import fees?
Depending on your country, customs duties or import taxes may apply when your order arrives. These are set by local authorities and are not included in our prices.
How do I care for gold-plated jewelry?
Keep your pieces away from perfume, lotions, chlorine and sea water, take them off before showering or sport, and store them separately in a dry pouch. Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wearing.
